information

In association with Poetry of the First World War, Monongahela Books (a new partnership between Riverrun Books and Scuttlebutt & Small Chow) presents as an extension of its World War One Bookstore, a new website, The Artistic Culture of the First World War, which is both a bookstore and a repository of information about writers and artists who participated in the 1914-1918 war. The first section to be opened is dedicated to novelists and playwrights. Subsequent sections will be dedicated to poets, artists, musicians and journalists. Books by and about these individuals will be offered for sale when we have them, but, insofar as possible, we intend to provide a small informational section on every wartime writer, artist, musician & journalist whom we can discover, whether we have books by them or not.
