This Quarterly has been discontinued for the foreseeable future due to long-standing equipment difficulties which I have been unable to remedy. As of August 2000, I have begun closing all subscriptions. Each subscriber will receive Issues #1, #2 & #3, as well as a refund for any additional issues due to him.
