though Mr Clark chose not to include his company's imprint on this facsimile, so that it would remain in every detail identical to the original.

53 pages.
From the introduction by Sgt Culp: "To meet the ever increasing demand among the men going through training at Paris Island, and of the public
at large, for good views showing the activities at this post, I have conceived the idea of this little booklet. No trouble nor any expense
within means has been spared to make it one of the best of its kind ever produced, something worthy the stamp of the U.S. Marine
Corps, and worthy the men who constitute that splendid branch of Uncle Sam's military service.
~~~ If, to any degree, it satisfies the demand, or gives pleasure in the smallest measure to those
who purchase; the knowledge that a service has been rendered will go far toward compensating for any
endeavor or material substance expended."
Copies of the original edition of this booklet are virtually impossible to find, nor were many copies of this facsimile reprint published. SCARCE.
